Unlike a typical takeaway shop, AT Mart wanted to be a neighborhood stop, where customers could grab a fresh sandwich, share a smile, and even pick up local groceries delivered daily.

When AT Mart was just an idea, we faced every classic challenge that a first-time F&B business could encounter

We positioned AT Mart as a modern Vietnamese eatery: clean, fresh, and friendly. The tone was simple and approachable, with the message:

From scouting the site to optimizing kitchen flow, we designed a layout that maximized performance in a small space.
The menu combined traditional Vietnamese favorites (Bánh Mì, spring rolls, iced coffee) with Western-friendly items (burgers, fries), creating balance and appeal.
We implemented POS systems, developed clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and trained the small team to manage operations efficiently.
Food safety standards were built from the ground up - we earned official food safety certification for AT Mart.


We built a cohesive brand identity: logo, color palette, tone of voice, and menu design that emphasized freshness and authenticity.
Early marketing focused on community connection - being "that local place you can trust."

Within months of launch, it established a steady customer base and positive reputation
