Verda Café & Brunch is a new lifestyle café concept in Brisbane, inspired by the richness of Vietnamese culinary culture.
The founders wanted to introduce Vietnamese dishes in a modern, health-focused brunch format, something both local Australians and the Vietnamese community could enjoy.

In the beginning, Verda faced multiple uncertainties
Location, licensing, budgeting, and brand direction all needed to be defined from scratch
Balancing Vietnamese authenticity with an Australian café look and feel
A compact space and limited budget required smart, creative layout decisions
The business needed menu viewing, online ordering, and booking in one seamless experience
Focused on local 30-40-year-olds looking for quick, convenient dining options
AT Solution joined the project from the very first step, providing full-cycle consultancy and execution
We began by analyzing the local café market and customer behaviors in Brisbane.
We helped Verda define its positioning:

We designed a minimal, cozy space that balanced local familiarity with subtle Vietnamese details – bamboo tones, handwritten menu accents, and natural light.
Every inch of layout was optimized for smooth kitchen flow and efficient staff movement.
AT Solution set up the POS system, kitchen workflow, inventory management, and service SOPs.
We conducted hands-on training for staff, ensuring food handling, hygiene, and service consistency met Australian food safety standards.


We worked closely with the founders to create a visual story for Verda: photo direction, brand tone, and social setup for launch campaigns.
